It's explained in the manual :

Thanks to our Virtual FDD, there's no need to specific command lines as you can switch with an hot key.
Please note that some disks have a demo on disk 1 and that the game can only be runned from disk 2. But also in this case, our Virtual FDD is very helpful : switch with the hot key, then, eventually, reboot !
However, some commands are available :

Post subject: multi-dsk
hi everybody,
i'm new here,
i have a cab with bluemsx and i try to find a way to launch
easily multi dsk games.
is there a way to mount multi dsk images with commands ?
bluemsx will look for disk2 and 3 etc... if i mount disk 1 ?
