Hello,
it seems the joystick port 2 emulation dont work, I've tried Stardust from Topo Soft (it uses port 2 for playing) and Twin Bee 2p Player.
The port 1 works perfectly.

Oh! No bug exists! It was my fault. I had to redefine the pad buttons.
All is right!

I'm very happy you have found the solution ! 
Indeed our Controllers/Keyboard Editor is the key to this kind of problem !
